All Purpose Flour (Maida) - All-purpose flour (for dusting)

1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) - soaked overnight and cooked
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Salt - as required
Sunflower Oil - as required
Instructions

To begin making the Vegan Black Beans Stuffed Paratha, take the wheat baking flour and seasoning in a large mixing dish introduce gradually the aqua and fold everything as a soft and even flour base.

Keep it aside.Meanwhile, grind the cooked black bean as bit coarse paste.mildly hot enough fat and introduce the cumin seeds.
