  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) - All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) - soaked overnight and cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • Salt - as required
  • Sunflower Oil - as required

Instructions

To begin making the Vegan Black Beans Stuffed Paratha, take the wheat baking flour and seasoning in a large mixing dish introduce gradually the aqua and fold everything as a soft and even flour base.

Keep it aside.Meanwhile, grind the cooked black bean as bit coarse paste.mildly hot enough fat and introduce the cumin seeds.

Once it splutters, introduce the grounded black-bean paste, give a mix gently and introduce immediately the red chilly dusting scented element, garam masala dusting scented element and seasoning.bubble gently everything on low flame for few moments and then switch off the mildly hot.Once the stuffing is ready, make 5-6 balls from the paratha flour base.Dust the balls with all purpose baking flour and flatten them with rolling pins.Place 1-2 tablespoons of black bean masala on the flattened flour base and put a lid on the masala with the flour base and roll them in ur palms again as a ball.Roll them as parathas, bubble gently these parathas on a scalding Tawa drizzled with enough fat until they get well cooked.enjoy Vegan Black Beans Stuffed Paratha with Burani Raita or any raita of your choice and pickle.
